Our aim is to deliver your order to you in perfect condition. Occasionally things go wrong and there is either damage to the goods caused by the carrier, or a component may be faulty or missing. Thankfully these are rare occurrences, but if anything does go wrong, it is our aim to rectify the situation as soon as practically possible, with the minimum of hassle on
your part.
Obviously, in this case any replacement parts will be sent out at no cost to you. Outlined below is our returns policy if the goods arrive with you in good condition, but you simply change you mind about the product.
OUR RETURNS POLICY

We understand that sometimes when you order online, the products are not quite what you expected. As we wish all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, we allow you to return your purchase to us within 16 days of receipt. Outlined below are instructions for you to follow if you wish to take advantage of this facility.
1. If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please let us know in writing. We will then refund in full any money paid to us.
2. If you wish to cancel your order after you have received the product, please let us know in writing within 16 days of receipt. You will need to arrange to get the goods back to our factory at Crick, within 28 days of receipt. If the goods are unopened then we will refund you the cost of the items less the outward carriage cost. If the goods have been opened they must be in a saleable condition.
3. Any goods or components which in the opinion of the company are received back in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded. As carrier companies sometimes damage goods, and will not insure glass, we recommend that mini-greenhouses and cold frames are returned in person.
